A news report says the 44th Donauinselfest will take place from 25 to 27 June 2027. The organiser, Jörg Neumayer of SPÖ Wien, said the festival returns to its traditional late June slot.
The 2026 edition was moved to 3 to 5 July because of the Formula 1 weekend in Spielberg. The organisers said they saw no reason to move the festival to July in general.
